  • Gerson Schapiro

    CEO and Founding Partner
    With over 35 years as an entrepreneur and business leader, Gerson has built, grown, and led several successful companies across a range of industries. Before founding Ruby Capital, he was a partner in a global metals trading company with international operations and held senior roles at other ventures, consistently driving their growth and commercial success.

  • Yaakov Nitzan

    CEO and Partner
    Yaakov brings over 30 years of experience in economics and real estate. At Harel Insurance, he built and led a financial support platform managing thousands of housing units and oversaw the firm’s non-traded real estate credit activity, with assets totaling billions of shekels. He also held senior roles in Israel’s financial sector, including heading the real estate divisions at Bank Otsar Ha-Hayal and the Mizrahi Group.

  • Omer Alpern

    Partner
    Omer is an expert in initiating and establishing real estate financing and investment activities, as well as in project finance and complex real estate asset financing. He has partnered in and led numerous debt and equity fundraising processes for real estate, infrastructure, and energy ventures in Israel and abroad, totaling billions of shekels. At Ruby Capital, he leads the Group’s equity investment activity and is responsible for the division’s business development and for shaping its strategic and financial direction.

  • Mickey Berger

    V.P Head of Project Finance
    Mickey Berger has over 25 years of banking and finance experience. He held multiple roles at Bank Hapoalim, both in Israel and in the United States, focusing on real estate financing, risk management and credit financing. Berger holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Bar Ilan University, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University. He is also a licensed investment consultant.

  • Yuval Rodrig

    V.P Business Development
    Yuval Rodrig brings with him rich experience in both the equity and debt field. Prior to joining Ruby Capital, he worked in KPMG’s finance department and then in the finance and investment banking department at Giza-Singer-Even. As part of his experience, he has accompanied a large number of significant transactions in various fields – real estate, hotels, medical, technology and finance. Yuval, an accountant by education, holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA), both from Tel Aviv University.

  • Hagit Naftali

    V.P Finance, Operations & IT
    Hagit brings over 20 years of management experience across finance, real estate, operations, and information systems, gained throughout her career at Bank Igud. Hagit specializes in managing large-scale, complex operations in the fields of credit and real estate finance, combining operational stability with technological innovation.

  • Gadi Horn

    CFO
    Gadi Horn has extensive experience in senior management roles. Prior to joining Ruby Capital, Gadi served as the CFO of DHL Express Israel. Previously, he served as CFO of Alon Blue Square, and as Deputy CEO and CFO of Hachsharat Hayishuv Hotels. Gadi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Business Economics from Bar Ilan University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

  • Ido Roimi

    V.P, Equity Investments Manager
    Ido has extensive experience in real estate development, business development, and investments, including leading development initiatives, advancing real estate transactions, and overseeing project development. Throughout his career, he has held senior management positions in real estate development and business development, gaining broad expertise in planning, asset enhancement, transaction evaluation, and execution. Ido is a certified real estate appraiser with in-depth knowledge of the Israeli real estate market and extensive experience in advancing complex real estate transactions and projects.

  • Zeev Bienenstock

    VP Legal Counsel & Head of the Legal Department
    Zeev Binenstock leads the company’s legal advisory activities and heads the Legal Department. Prior to joining Ruby Capital, he managed the Legal Advisory Department for the Corporate Division at Discount Bank and practiced law at Gornitzky & Co. Zeev has extensive experience in complex financing transactions and in corporate and commercial law. He holds an LL.B. in Law and an MBA with a specialization in Finance from Bar-Ilan University, and is a member of the Israel Bar Association.
