Panim LaKehila
Launched by Ruby Capital in 2021, Panim LaKehila reflects our approach to partnership beyond the business world. Through the initiative, developers working with Ruby Capital can choose to donate to one of the participating nonprofit organizations, with Ruby Capital matching their contribution. Today, the initiative supports dozens of nonprofits across Israel working in education, welfare, social support, and community development. -
Community Volunteering
We believe that personal involvement and direct giving are an integral part of our responsibility to Israeli society. Alongside financial contributions, Ruby Capital employees take part in volunteer activities throughout the year. These include volunteer days with social organizations, participation in community support and food security initiatives, and support for educational and community programs. -
Stand With Israel
We believe in the importance of mutual responsibility and in the power of communities to come together in support of those in need, especially in times of uncertainty and crisis. Through the Stand With Israel initiative, Ruby Capital raised donations and provided support for IDF soldiers, affected families, and relief organizations working on the ground.
