Community Volunteering
We believe that personal involvement and direct giving are an integral part of our responsibility to Israeli society. Alongside financial contributions, Ruby Capital employees take part in volunteer activities throughout the year.
These include volunteer days with social organizations, participation in community support and food security initiatives, and support for educational and community programs.
We believe that giving back to the community extends beyond financial support. Alongside the company’s charitable contributions, Ruby Capital employees participate in a range of volunteer initiatives throughout the year.
Our teams take part in volunteer days with Leket Israel, helping sort agricultural produce that is distributed to thousands of families across the country. Ruby Capital employees also regularly volunteer with Nevet, helping prepare and deliver sandwiches to children who need a nutritious breakfast at school.
Ruby Capital has also supported the Jaffa Institute over the years, an organization dedicated to advancing equal opportunities and strengthening education in Tel Aviv-Yafo. Our support reflects our belief that education is one of the key drivers of personal, social, and economic growth.
