Today, the initiative supports dozens of nonprofits across Israel working in education, welfare, social support, and community development.
Giving back to the community is deeply embedded in Ruby Capital’s organizational culture and is an integral part of the company’s ongoing activities.
Ruby Capital launched Panim LaKehila in 2021 at the initiative of the company’s management and employees, with the aim of investing in Israeli society alongside its business activities. As a company operating in Israel’s residential real estate sector, we believe that alongside developing projects and creating economic value, we also have a responsibility to strengthen society and the communities around us.
Through the initiative, Ruby Capital invites developers working with the company to donate to one of the participating nonprofit organizations, with Ruby Capital matching their contribution. This model expands the circle of impact and creates a meaningful connection between business activity and social responsibility.
Today, the initiative includes approximately 20 nonprofits working across education, welfare, health, and community services. These organizations support a wide range of people, including the injured and trauma survivors, at-risk youth, isolated seniors, families in distress, and underserved communities. Participating organizations are carefully selected and reviewed by an internal professional team, with the aim of ensuring effective allocation of resources and meaningful long-term impact.
